Borussia Dortmund have, apparently, agreed a fee with Birmingham City for the transfer of teenage sensation Jude Bellingham.
This is according to The Athletic who say that Manchester United cannot be ruled out. Ed Woodward and Richard Arnold are working on a deal to bring Jude to Old Trafford. They also report that United refused comment on this topic.
Manchester United had been scouting the midfielder very extensively since 2017 and are now planning to take the interest into the next level. It is also to be noted that Assistant Manager Mike Phelan was rumoured to be at a few Birmingham City matches to scout the midfielder.
Birmingham are open to a sale amidst their financial constraints and could demand more than €30m to sell the midfielder.
