Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, will be looking to have a great start to his managerial career at United as the Devils visit Cardiff away tomorrow.
As discussed earlier, United, under the leadership of Ole, are expected to give a higher attacking output.
We will be discussing the possible United could sport tomorrow, as United Face Cardiff at the Cardiff City Stadium. Ole will be up against his former employer, and will surely be looking to leave a mark there.
Before we begin with our predicted line-up, here’s a look at the Travelling squad :
Goal Keepers: De Gea, Romero, Grant
Defenders: Dalot, Bailly, Lindelof, Jones, Young, Shaw
Mid-fielders: Fellaini, Matic, Herrera, Fred, Garner, Pogba, Pereira, Gomes, Mata, Lingard
Attackers: Rashford, Martial
Surprise Additions: Youngsters Angel Gomes and James Garner have travelled with the squad.
Misses: Romelu Lukaku misses out, as he’s rumoured to be on compensation leave until 30th December.
Goal Keeper: David De Gea
Even after having a slippery start to this season’s campaign, it’s safe to say that, De Gea is stillUited’s No. 1 and will be starting ahead of Romero and Grant.
Defenders: Dalot, Bailly, Lindelof, Shaw
With Lindelof, and Bailly being the only 2 centre-half options available for tomorrow’s game, thanks to injuries to our defensive line, we will finally be seeing the 2 defenders back in action together. We can expect a lot more balls going through these players as United start building up the game from behind, a style of Play, SOlskjaer embraces into his teams. Dalot and Shaw should make it into the 11 to give the attacking power on the wings required in a forward-moving game.
Mid-fielders: Fred, Herrera, Pogba
Mid-field is where it gets tricky for the manager, with the amount of talent currently at his disposal. But with what we have seen, Solskjaer, likes his mid-fielders to not only break and intercept the play, but also join in on their attack, and with all the 3 players mentioned above, we can expect more to come from them moving forward. Herrera can play under the play breaker, whereas Fred can be used as either the play breaker or a Box to Box player, depending on how Solskjaer wants United to line-up. Pogba can then be free to join United on the COunter and help build the play.
Attackers: Lingard, Rashford, Martial.
With not many options available, and play styles suited for the fast forward moving game, we can expect the three youngsters to spearhead United’s Attack into the game.
So That was our predicted Line-up for tomorrow’s game, how do you think will United Line-up?
