Sixty Years Of Grief Among All Glory!!

Gameweek 26 of the Premier League sees Manchester United pay special tributes to the victims of the Munich Air Tragedy that happened in 1958 on the sixth of February as we face Huddersfield Town at Old Trafford.

There will be a minute’s silence at Old Trafford and Manchester United players will wear black armbands to remember the “FLOWERS OF MANCHESTER”

It’s such an emotional week for all Manchester United fans’ lives. The tragedy made the club what it is today. The way Sir Matt Busby and his group of young men fought back to become the best in Europe was, is and will always be, inspirational. At that moment, when Sir Matt Busby and his team of young men held the European trophy high, we found out that nothing destroys this football club.

The Spirit, The soul, The Inspiration that the tragedy induced into Manchester United fans and it’s future line of big, global stars is something that any other thing would not have. It United the United. It developed a mentality that has seen us make it as the biggest club in the world with worldwide fans.

And on this weekend, sixty years past, Manchester United remember the tragedy.

Now, Getting into the game Preview.

Manchester United were fantastic in January. But, again, in the most Man Utd way of recent times, we dropped a massively underwhelming performance at the Wembley in the last game of the month against Spurs. But, still, that performance simply has to be a one-off  considering the recent form.

Jose Mourinho tactically got it wrong. Mauricio Pochettino got it tactically spot on. That was the difference.

Alexis Sanchez makes his home debut for Manchester United. He has to prove himself that he’s suited for the No.7 shirt.

Huddersfield Town’s form isn’t inspirational by any means. And on a emotional weekend like this, they would treat this as their cup final.

Still, I’d expect Manchester United to show some swagger and style in their Performance.
